In this section you can find out more about ways to improve your wellbeing. Our self help guides include information, hints and tips about how you can manage or improve different things that affect your wellbeing.

The guides have been written and approved by NHS clinicians and tested by people who use our services and their carers. The guides have been produced to help you think about certain elements of your wellbeing but they are not intended to be a substitute for a discussion with a healthcare professional such as a GP. You are still encouraged to seek further help and advice should you need it.

'Being recently diagnosed with Diabetes I was feeling nobody was helping me. Came to these meetings and have learned to live a bit better with the condition. Don’t feel like I’m a burden to my family anymore. Taking a lot of information from the sessions and Damian and Charlotte have been a godsend. Thanks Attendee of a recent Living Well with Diabetes course
